Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

We sell premium single-estate extra virgin olive oil and related goods.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities per customer where necessary.

Product descriptions, tasting notes, and imagery are provided for guidance only. Natural variations may occur due to seasonal harvest differences.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order:

  1. You will receive an order confirmation email.
  2. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
  3. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where:

  • Payment cannot be authorised
  • Fraud is suspected
  • The product is unavailable

If cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

We accept payment via Shopify-supported payment methods.

Payment is taken at the time of order.

All transactions are securely processed via Shopify and third-party payment providers.

We do not store full payment details.

Delivery

We ship worldwide, and delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues
  • Customs
  • Events outside our control (see Force Majeure)

Risk passes to you once goods are delivered to the address provided. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have 14 days to cancel online purchases.

However, this does not apply to:

  • Sealed food products once opened
  • Perishable goods

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund

We may require the item to be returned.

Quality & Storage

Our olive oil is a natural product.

For best quality:

  • Store in a cool, dark place
  • Avoid heat and direct sunlight
  • Consume within recommended timeframe

Natural cloudiness may occur at low temperatures and does not indicate spoilage.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website - including text, branding, photography, product descriptions, logos, and design - is owned by Franca Olive Oil Ltd.

You may not:

  • Distribute
  • Modify
  • Use for commercial purposes
